I went in yesterday for an 80 minute Swedish message. Brittany did an AMAZING job working out so many of my knots. My body was so relaxed during the entire experience. I highly recommend giving this place a try and be sure to ask for Brittney. She was fantastic!

I love my owned black businesses! My massage by Eric was amazing! The hot stones and the perfect pressure, put me right to sleep. There was an unexpected staff shortage that caused a significant delay in my manicure service. Boss lady took care of me and ensured I was comfortable during the wait. Gracie brought it home and did a fantastic job on my nails. She took her time and prettied me up nicely. This is how you run a black owned business. Take care of your client and they will take care of you! Next time I'm in Shreveport, I'll be back.

I've only visited once and was duly impressed. So much so I signed my sister up for the Ultimate page the following week. Unbeknownst to me my appointment was canceled without even the consideration of a phone call for deep cleaning. How do I know deep cleaning because we pulled up Saturday morning at 8:45 with a sign on the door. I called to reschedule or refund and was informed that "We did makes the necessary calls" . My was response not only did I not receive a call but not even a voice-mail in the event they did and I didn't answering

So I rescheduled my sisters appointment plus added services for myself and my other sister. Aaron the general manager was there when I arrived and was extremely apologetic even acknowledging that he tried calling me but realized afterwards that the number was input incorrectly. No worries. Stuff happens it how well you recover is always my motto. And they recovered supremely. Thank you all so very much. It is one thing to get flawless service every time but the proof of any establishment worth is when things don't go as planned. How do you and your staff adjust and recoup. Take lessons business'. Spa my Way has set the bar. I will happily drive from New Orleans just to be taken care of by Aaron and his team. ??

My mom and I were in town and booked with My Spa, My Way. We had a really lovely experience. Everyone came across as pleasant and friendly. We were especially blown away by my nail tech Gracie! She was fun, personable, and did a wonderful job! The only small sour note was that we had inadvertently left a smaller tip than expected and the receptionist reacted negatively to it. It was an honest mistake on our end, our services were all incredible! This was a really small thing on an overall WONDERFUL experience. I would definitely go again without a second thought! Thank you so much!!! :)
