During your consultation, give your therapist a description of the type of pain you are having and where it hurts. During two (2) or more sessions, your massage therapist will use one of several modalities (hot stones, cupping, Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, stretch massage therapy) to relieve pain and relax the muscles.
